Please read this before booking a spot in one of Coach Von’s camps.
A spot is held as pending once the booking form is submitted, and confirmed only after payment is received and verified by our team. Please pay via one of the listed methods promptly to secure your spot.
All bookings are final once confirmed. Because scheduling a spot takes coordination on our end, we don't offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or schedule conflicts.
Missed sessions - for any reason, including illness or travel - are not eligible for a refund, credit, or makeup class. Spots are limited and reserved in advance.
We may photograph or film campers during sessions for use on our website, Instagram, and other marketing. By booking, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing beforehand that you'd like your child excluded.
Please drop off and pick up campers on time. The facility isn't available for casual after-hours use - staying longer or using the space outside camp hours requires a separate facility booking and isn't included with camp enrollment.
Because space is limited, up to 4 accompanying adults may be present in the facility at a time to assist campers who need it. We appreciate your understanding if we ask extra family members to wait outside during a session.
Let us know about allergies, medical conditions, or special needs when booking. We reserve the right to ask a parent/guardian to pick up a camper early if the child is unwell or if behavior puts other campers' safety at risk.
Gymnastics and physical movement carry an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge this risk and confirm their child is physically able to participate.
On rare occasions (severe weather, coach illness, etc.) we may need to reschedule a session. We'll notify you as early as possible and offer the next available makeup date.
We're not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items brought to camp.
